We can only provide NDIS-related services where all of the following criteria are met:
- The participant is self-managed and invoiced directly.
- Services are engaged under our standard fixed pricing structure, rather than NDIS rate caps.
- The request is for recurring maintenance (we operate on a consistently reliable routing schedule and do not offer once-off or on-request servicing, unless added on to an existing service).
